This is what we do in our house. The CCCB issued a statement saying that sometimes we must vote for the lesser of two evils but we must vote. Well, this would be the one time to date that I would act in known disobedience to the Bishops of my nation. If there was not a candidate in agreement with the Church on life issues, yes, yes I believe I would make a protest vote and forfeit my right and responsibility. Thankfully we have one out of four candidates who answered my short, polite and specific email with an affirmative personal stand on pro-life, pro traditional marriage and anti euthanasia. The incumbent who is a Catholic is pro homosexual marriage (vote on record) pro abortion (vote on record) and is not far away from being just fine with mercy killing.
As I will be out of my riding on election day, October 14th I voted today in an early ballot.

I read with horror a piece on my net Paper CathNews where in Spain they are putting aborted babies in a blender to dispose of their bodies! It is enough to make one weep!:(( It is horrific it IS evil and there is NO excuse.
A Priest has written an open letter to the King begging him to stop this barbaric action.
I guess you could call the above
REAL & PRESENT EVIL.

I'm reading The Tears of Mary and Fatima. A MUST READ for today! It's copyright 1983 but WOW! It's as if every page speaks to the mess we're in NOW! Yes, Our Mother Mary is weeping and I doubt she can hold back the Right Arm of her Son much longer! Time's running out, but no one cares or is interested in much except the 'economy' and their wallets. They will be soon be in true "shock and awe" when Marxism takes over, should Obama become President. If that happens, we'll get what we deserve, for judgment begins in the House of God!
