Global warming, ice caps melting and greehouse gasses oh my!

Right now there's 28.7% more ice in the Artic Sea than there was at this time last year. (Or maybe it's 24.9% more. You can see the technical data, and the reasons for the difference in measurements, here.) So states Phil Lawler in "Cold Comfort" and I like Phil, so greenies, untie your knotted knickers and try to calm down, okey dokey?
