RECON MEETING SUNDAY OCT 1...
HI everyone!
If you were listening to the Dr Is In today, Friday, Sept 29, you heard about the inaugaral meeting this Sunday 5:30 - 7:30 at the Holy Family Shrine on Interstate 80 at the Gretna interchange, EXIT 232. South on Hwy 31 to Pflug Rd turn Right (South) you'll see the Shrine appear on the horizon to your right within a mile.
We will gather together and praise God for the grace we've been given on our Journey Home to the Catholic Church. We'll open with prayer and thanksgiving and enjoy some snacks and conversation. We all can help each other and our parishes to the best of our ability when we find out where we will fit best into the large, Holy wonderful Mother Church. We need support in this transtition period. This is the place to meet where that support will flourish and we can make friendships that will last a lifetime.
We hope to see you all soon,
Rich and Susie

We will keep you in our prayers
God bless !
Wish we could be there , but then we would have to cross the mississippi, which is further than crossing the Tiber! :)
We had a very wonderful inaugural RECON meeting Oct 1st. Feast of St Therese, too! She and my new "go to Saint" Fr. Kevin Fete were praying for us and it was great to meet 5 people, 3 converts and to returnees to Holy Mother Church! We hope more will be hearing about this safe and supportive group and join us in coming months.
I'll have more to say on this later. Right now I'm heading to Norfolk, NE. for a meeting at the Immacualta Monastery of Benedictine oblates. I'm pondering becoming an oblate, and they're just a delightful group of brothers and sisters in Christ.
Thanks for your prayers, "TJ" and Deb! You, too Larry! You're a shining light of Christ for many seeking Truth. I'll have more to say about Fr. Kevin, too. But suffice for now that though he's no longer physically here with us, as a holy, traditional orthodox priest, he IS busy spending his Heaven doing good on earth with St Therese. He was priest of Little Flower parish, in Canton, OH. and like I say now, "They're teamed up and an effective, vigilant prayer duo!" He passed on July 23, and I started praying to him for his intercession with many things the day after I got the news from Dr. Ray. Fr. Kevin is "stormin' Heaven" so ask his help for your prayer needs and intentions.
Blessings to all,
susie
Thanks for the update on the meeting.
When's your next blog coming out?
God bless
