How sad, if you do. On his site he says Catholics are taught to 'worship icons.' That is a bold-faced lie. No Catholic is 'taught' to 'worship' icons. This is what I mean about all the 5-10 or possibly 35,000 denoms/factions/split-offs that teach 'false doctrines' and traditions of mere men like Pastor Hansen- God love him. What a misguided, misinformed, misleading bunch they are!

This is appalling but also lets me know I in the ONE TRUE CHURCH CHRIST JESUS BUILT, for she is hated above and beyond all the other little "churchettes" springing up all over town.

Does your Baptist church ok women to be ordained? Do you mean the symbolic aspect of Baptism of believers- that it is not regenerative, but symbolic of our death in Christ? We know what Flannery O'Connor would say about that (:
It is not obedient or appropriate for a believer to reject baptism, as the Scripture is clear that we are to be baptized. This is the perspicuity of Scripture- THAT we are to be baptized is not up for dispute, and anyone who reads the Scripture can learn this. The details as to the efficacy of baptism and to whom it is done are the things disputed amongst various Christian 'denoms'.
God bless you,
GarretGarret Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12270243322391761689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29041386.post-57713047355858316782010-02-08T17:57:08.827-06:002010-02-08T17:57:08.827-06:00Re: topic - I see.

I have two friends (who left Trinity Interdenom. Church before and after we did)who go to those two places. So a question for you- If my above statement is true, (and I'm speaking of the sola Scriptura 'bishop' in the article) how could someone who allegedly believes the Bible is the very words and will of God merely excuse the clear condemnation away, and still claim with a straight face that they are in the will of God by embracing homosexuality? Logic dictates that they cannot, and are in disobedience to the word, the Bible. I don't think a more clear-cut example of disobedience could be offered!
God bless you,
GarretGarret Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12270243322391761689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29041386.post-84596885807977492172010-02-08T08:10:22.869-06:002010-02-08T08:10:22.869-06:00Sorry about the typos above, typing on my laptop w...Sorry about the typos above, typing on my laptop while in bed, easy to miss things. This includes all of the links above this post bemoaning the Catholics who ignore the Church's clearly stated moral and religeous authority- it is disobedience, plain and simple- repent and embrace truth you would probably say, right? Certain people will bend and twist and distort to get their own way on moral issues, in order to not offend, or to legitimize their own 'lifestyles'. These Protestants, instead of being honest with the text of the Scripture, excuse it away by claiming that Paul wouldn't believe that anymore. The problem is- sola Scriptura does not claim that it is the opinion of people in the Scriptures (such as Paul), but is the unchanging will of God that is reflected there. No unbiased person who searched the Scriptures could come to the conclusion that God is okay with homosexual behavior, it does NOT work. Disobedience to the word of God, plain and simple.
God bless,
GarretGarret Ghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12270243322391761689noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29041386.post-59944793762681259362010-02-07T12:52:13.490-06:002010-02-07T12:52:13.490-06:00http://shop.catholic.com/product.php?productid=99http://shop.catholic.com/product.php?productid=99Joyful Catholichttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16763631591924925063noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29041386.post-23380421573179413702010-02-07T05:57:25.345-06:002010-02-07T05:57:25.345-06:00Did you click the link? The RCC has always taught that homosexuality is an abomination. Not that the people aren't loved, but the practice is against God's natural law.
